Enfusia Tea

Posted in Day-To-Day by matt on Thursday, October 13, 2011

Enfusia at work.

We bought a 2 year’s supply of this super-duper-fancy-pants miracle tea at the recommendation of our teammates. I will say that I feel good when I drink it, but I kind of wonder if that isn’t just a placebo thing.

It doesn’t have any caffeine, which I like. I’m hoping to avoid a dependency on the c-monster for as long as possible.

For now, I’m content with this stuff. Here’s hoping I haven’t become a victim of a modern day marketing-scam.

Is there anything random you’re drinking or eating that you wonder about? Any new ‘magic ingredient’ that you’d swear by? We can’t be the only young married couple buying into (potentially) silly marketing ploys.

Vitamin gummies. Instead of swallowing a pill, you tear into gelatinous fruit things. It tastes too candy-like to be good for me.

Yep! But I’m glad. They’re great nutritional influences.
