Silliness With the Neighbor Kids

Neighbor kids

The kids in our neighborhood are pretty…active. We like having them around, but sometimes they can be a little hard to control. Actually, control isn’t the right word. They can be a little rowdy and disrespectful by this culture’s standards.

I like it, though. I’ve learned a decent amount of Kurdish from them, and they’re generally a lot more fun to hang out with than most the adults who live around us.
